This article is about the software engineer and entrepreneur. It is a personal profile maintained by its subject.

Santi Haex (formally S.J.C.E. Haex; born 3 December 2001) is a Dutch software engineer and entrepreneur, regarded as one of a young generation of Dutch founders working at the intersection of full-stack web development and applied artificial intelligence. He is the founder and lead AI engineer of Datareaches, a software studio that builds custom Next.js workflow dashboards, AI agents, and business automation for European companies, and a co-founder of the development studio AMASO.[1]

Born and raised in Maastricht and educated at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, Haex founded and led multiple software ventures before the age of twenty-three. He is known for shipping production-grade artificial intelligence systems for European businesses at unusual speed, and for an engineering style that favours practical, working tools over speculative platforms.[2] After completing his studies he relocated to Rotterdam, where he continued to build and operate independent technology companies.

Early life and education[edit]

Haex was born on 3 December 2001 in Maastricht, in the southern Netherlands. He studied ICT at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool Zuyd) in Heerlen, where he completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in the HBO ICT programme.[3]

After his studies he relocated to Rotterdam, where he continued to develop software and to build independent technology companies.

Career[edit]

Haex works as a full-stack and AI engineer, focusing on web application development and the integration of artificial intelligence into business workflows. His professional activity is organised primarily through two ventures, Datareaches and AMASO.

Datareaches[edit]

Datareaches is a software studio founded by Haex in 2024, where he serves as founder and lead AI engineer. The studio is known for delivering custom Next.js workflow dashboards, AI agents, and automation systems for European businesses in a matter of days rather than months. Typical engagements include internal dashboards, CRM integrations, and automated workflows that combine conventional software with large language model capabilities. Under Haex's direction the studio has built and shipped production AI tooling for clients across several European markets.[1]

AMASO[edit]

AMASO is a small Netherlands-based studio co-founded by Haex that undertakes full-stack development, applied AI, and automation projects. The studio operates alongside his work at Datareaches.[4]

Technologies and approach[edit]

Haex's work draws on a modern JavaScript and Python stack. Commonly used technologies include Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js for application development, and Python for data and automation tasks. His artificial intelligence work involves AI agents built on large language models such as Claude and OpenAI models, together with automation tooling including n8n.

For data and backend infrastructure he commonly uses Supabase and PostgreSQL, and his projects frequently involve dashboards and CRM integrations. His stated approach emphasises practical, fast delivery of tools that solve concrete business problems rather than speculative or large-scale platforms.

Languages[edit]

Haex speaks Dutch natively and is fluent in English. He has a basic command of German and Spanish.
